We do NOT sell used, refurbished, tampered, or counterfeit goods.


3. Purchases & Payments

Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, and payment information.

We accept:

  • Online Payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay)
  • COD
  • Partial COD (advance payment)

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
Prices are inclusive of GST and displayed in INR.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD Policy

Safe Nest offers COD and Partial COD depending on pincode, product type, and order value.

A) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Pay the full amount at delivery.
  • COD availability is shown at checkout.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions.

B) Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

  • Certain orders may require a small advance payment.
  • Remaining payment is collected on delivery.
  • Advance is refundable only if cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, advance becomes non-refundable.
  • Misuse of COD may restrict future access.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds or replacements follow our
Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds are considered only if:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable
  • Product arrives damaged (verified through photos)
  • Order is cancelled by Safe Nest before dispatch

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.


6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipped through Bluedart and Shiprocket.
  • Delivery takes 2–7 working days based on location.
  • Tracking details are shared via SMS/email.

Safe Nest is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

7. Warranty & Product Authenticity

  • All products are 100% genuine and brand-new.
