At Safe Nest, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not fully happy with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thesafenest.in or +91 98445 19519

Please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Original packaging images

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup, depending on your location and courier availability.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

  • The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The product is damaged on arrival and replacement is not possible
  • The order is cancelled by Safe Nest before dispatch

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Customer’s change of mind after delivery
  • Orders where a partial COD advance was taken
  • Orders refused or unclaimed after dispatch

3. Advance COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small advance is collected to confirm your order.

  • The advance is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable
  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from COD in the future

This policy prevents COD misuse and covers logistics & handling expenses.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, it will be:

  • Credited to your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay)
  • Processed within 7–10 working days

Note:
Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary slightly.

Privacy Policy


5. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting:
